Director, Student Opportunity, and Success Program

Summary of Position

This is a new position for a new pipeline program! 

We are seeking our first director to help launch and lead our Student Opportunity and Success program.

The Student Opportunity and Success Program will enhance the academic and career trajectories of eligible students by developing the skills necessary for success in law school and providing scholarships, financial assistance, academic support, mentoring, leadership training, and career counseling. The Opportunity Fellows Program - a component part of the Opportunity and Success Program - is a pre-law opportunity pipeline program for eligible junior and senior undergraduates and college graduates who do not go directly from college to law school.

Eligible students for the Program are from economically disadvantaged and low income backgrounds, students who have experienced financial hardship, students with demonstrated financial need, first generation college students, first generation law students, students who have demonstrated determination by overcoming adversity, and/or students with unique family or personal circumstances or experiences that lead to the student having a unique ability to contribute positively to CSU|LAW.
