LSAC is best known for administering the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). However, we do much more. Analyst / Senior Analyst—Information Systems Specialists

Position Code: SA
Group: Technical Services Group

Primary Responsibilities

LSAC is seeking an analyst and a senior analyst to lead a variety of technical support initiatives, assist in creating support documentation, and mentor technical support analysts.

The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative work environment and be able to work independently as well as in a team structure. Excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate with team members while adhering to deadlines, are essential.

LSAC’s analysts and senior analysts demonstrate superior customer service skills when assisting colleagues and external customers via telephone, e-mail, and desk-side support.

Qualifications

1-5 years of technical support experience is required.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows XP/7, Server 2008, and support of web-based applications is a must. Ideal candidates will also possess experience with managing Windows Deployment Services, Altiris, and desktop imaging and rollouts. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or FrontRange HEAT is a plus.
