Course Titles and/or Descriptions
We encourage integrating various voices into all classes. The Family Law and Gender and the Law courses give in-depth coverage to issues especially relevant to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons, including same-sex marriage, cohabitants' property and support rights, child custody and visitation, second parent adoption, and assisted reproduction. In addition, courses in civil rights, employment law, employment discrimination, trusts and estates, health law, and other fields cover many topics of concern to the LGBT community.
Domestic Partnership Benefits
