This group was formed to provide support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender students and their supporters. It is designed to provide an outlet for social interaction and recreation for LGBT people and their friends, supporters, and associates. It will promote awareness of LGBT issues and rights. OUTLaws will also advocate for the education of the UMKC students, faculty, and staff regarding LGBT issues.
