The Law School Admission Council is seeking a dynamic, creative, and talented Legal Assistant to join the Legal Affairs team and assist the Senior Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs and the Senior Associate General Counsel to handle LSAC’s legal and corporate governance matters. LSAC is a vibrant assessment, technology, and data company that is deeply committed to access to justice, disability rights, and quality education. In addition to two lawyers, the legal assistant will join two other legal assistants to support the office work.

The Manager—Candidate Relations will manage the daily business operations of a high-volume, fast-paced support center and will promote a culture of customer delight. LSAC Technical Support Services is seeking a Technical Analyst, who will be primarily responsible for offering telephone and email support to external customers using LSAC's web-based applications.
The Technical Analyst will also provide colleagues and internal customers with telephone, email, and deskside troubleshooting for both hardware and software, including Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of web-based applications. Other projects and responsibilities, such as enterprise image deployment or mobile device support, will also be assigned as needed.
