  • Sets the mission and vision of the I&O organization to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service-improvement techniques.

LSAC Technical Support Services is seeking a Technical Analyst, who will be primarily responsible for offering telephone and email support to external customers using LSAC's web-based applications.

The Technical Analyst will also provide colleagues and internal customers with telephone, email, and deskside troubleshooting for both hardware and software, including Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of web-based applications. Other projects and responsibilities, such as enterprise image deployment or mobile device support, will also be assigned as needed.
