2020 LSAC Annual Meeting and Educational Conference Canceled in Response to COVID-19 Situation

March 20, 2020

Our concern for the health and safety of our community, as well as the unpredictability of the unfolding COVID-19 situation, has led LSAC to make the difficult decision to cancel both the 2020 Annual Meeting and Educational Conference and Leadership Academy.

For over 30 years, LSAC’s Annual Meeting and Educational Conference has been the premier educational event serving the law school admission community. Each year, over 500 JD and LLM admission professionals, deans, and law school administrators from U.S., Canadian, and Australian law schools gather together at this event to sharpen their skills, build connections, and honor our community’s shared values of quality, access, and equity in legal education. LSAC’s Leadership Academy, an Annual Meeting preconference event, offers advanced training to help senior-level admission professionals do their best work.

LSAC will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation with hopes for potentially bringing our community together later this year if the public health situation allows. In the meantime, we’re hard at work finding new ways to connect as a community and promote the exchange of ideas. And, with a strong spirit of optimism, we look forward to seeing the law school admission community at the 2021 Annual Meeting!
