Getting to the Conference

If you are the designated representative for your school, you will receive an email with instructions for booking your flight within a week of completing your conference registration. The designated representative for each law school is required to book flights through Egencia, LSAC’s self-service travel system. LSAC/NCBE will not reimburse designated representatives who do not book their flights through Egencia.

If the cost of your airfare is higher due to a personal/business side trip, lateness in reserving a flight, or because you did not acquire the excursion fare, you will be responsible for the cost of your ticket, and LSAC/NCBE will reimburse the excursion fare after the conference.

All conference participants will be booked on flights into Albuquerque International Sunport.

Travel Cancellations and Refunds

For those that are taking advantage of the subsidized flights, your airline ticket is nontransferable and nonrefundable. You or your law school will be required to reimburse LSAC for its cost. In most cases, these tickets can be applied toward travel within one year of the ticket issue date in the name of the ticket holder only.
