Given the continuing uncertainty and disruption of the COVID-19 emergency in many regions, LSAC will deliver the January 2021 LSAT via the online, remotely proctored LSAT-Flex, instead of in-person. The LSAT-Flex gives candidates the opportunity to earn an LSAT score and continue their law school journeys despite COVID-19 restrictions on travel or public gatherings.
LSAC is committed to working with test takers to help them have the equipment and other resources they need. Please note that the deadline to request assistance with computer hardware, internet access, or a quiet place to test is Sunday, December 20, 2020. There is no charge for this assistance. To request assistance, please complete the form in your online account.

Score Release Dates
Scores are released at 9 a.m. ET via test takers’ LSAC accounts. Starting with the August 2020 test, scores will only be released if the test taker has a completed writing sample on file. If you are a first-time test taker, you must complete LSAT Writing before your score can be released.
Your score will be released to the schools to which you have applied at the same time it is released to you, unless you are a first-time test taker who has chosen the LSAT Score Preview feature. If you have granted permission to your prelaw advisor to see your score, it will be released to that prelaw advisor on the day following the day it is released to you. If you are a first-time test taker who has chosen the score preview feature, your score will be released to others only after you have chosen to have it released, or at the end of the score preview period if you have not canceled the score.
