LSAC Law School Forums

This is important: A note about COVID-19: Please know that our foremost concern is for the health and safety of candidates, the admission community, and of course, the broader public. We are closely monitoring and evaluating this situation and will follow the direction of federal, state, and local public health officials. At this early date, we are hopeful that the coronavirus situation will be resolved by the time of our forums in the fall, so that we can have robust attendance and a great opportunity to engage with prospective candidates. We will, of course, keep you updated about any changes to the forum schedule.

As this relates to your travel plans, you are welcome to book your hotel reservations using the links in the chart below. These reservations typically can be canceled, often with as little as 72 hours’ notice. However, we advise waiting to book your travel until there is clarity about the implications of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Each year, LSAC sponsors Law School Forums in 10 major cities. LSAC-member law schools include both JD and LLM representation at each forum. All forums will be open to JD and LLM candidates as well as to those who are considering law-related master’s degrees and certificate programs, giving every LSAC-member school the opportunity to provide information about the variety of law programs it offers during each forum.

Because we know that LSAC Law School Forums are an important recruiting tool, this year we are also planning three online digital forums so that everyone, schools and candidates alike, has a chance to safely attend and connect. The digital forums will be on September 26, October 13, and November 4, with times to be determined. Just like in-person forums, these events will be open to JD and LLM candidates as well as those who are considering law-related master’s degrees and certificate programs. Please check this page for more information at a later date.

Please review the rules for LSAC Law School Forums. These guidelines are designed to provide a positive experience for all attendees. If you ask alumni, faculty, or students to staff your tables, be sure they review the guidelines as well.
