Summary of Position

Chicago-Kent College of Law, located in the heart of Chicago, is seeking an Assistant Dean for J.D. Admissions to lead our recruitment and enrollment efforts for the J.D. program. The Assistant Dean for J.D. Admissions will oversee the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes, ensuring the admission of a highly qualified and diverse student body. Reporting to the Dean, the Assistant Dean will develop and implement comprehensive strategies, manage the Admissions Office staff, oversee data collection and analysis, and ensure adherence to admissions policies and best practices. Additionally, the Assistant Dean will represent the law school on university committees and at various professional conferences.
