Summary of Position

The Assistant Director is a key member of the Admissions team and is involved in all aspects of admissions operations. In coordination with the Assistant Dean for Admissions, the Assistant Director will help develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified law students and develop and initiate marketing strategies for all Campbell Law academic programs.

Education Required: Bachelor’s
Education Preferred: JD
Years of Experience Required: 2

Additional Information

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, advising, and counseling prospective students
  • Planning and implementing recruiting events, fairs, and campus visits
  • Managing the Student Ambassador Team
  • Representing Campbell Law at off campus recruiting events, fairs, and forums
  • Travel extensively during parts of the year
  • Processing applicant files and assisting in rendering admission decisions
  • Providing staff assistance to Faculty Committee on Admission and Scholarship
  • Working in partnership with other departments to further develop institutional goals
  • Managing the admissions social media presence
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Uphold and abide by all Campbell University, and Norman A. Wiggins School of Law policies and procedures, including, but not limited to; Title IX, HIPAA, and FERPA guidelines
