Summary of Position
The Assistant Director of Recruitment will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive recruitment strategy, including ongoing assessment of strategy effectiveness. Work with Admissions Team on growth of programs with key partners, including ongoing evaluation of the programs and creation and execution of improvement plan for those programs. Identify potential partnerships and develop relationships that result in the establishment of new programs focused on prospective student development and recruitment.
Minimum qualifications to include: Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ experience in recruiting, public relations, student services, sales/marketing, or equivalent education/experience required. Proficient in word processing, database, spreadsheet, and presentation software platforms. Experience must demonstrate the ability to project Nebraska Law’s image in a professional, articulate manner. Candidate must possess well-developed, strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, meeting coordination and organizational skills, as well as exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills. Ability to relate to people of all age groups, academic abilities, and cultures required. Must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete assigned projects on time. Ability to learn new technologies required.
