Summary of Position
The primary role of the Assistant Director of Student Recruitment is to focus on recruiting prospective students who generate from recruitment events, website inquiries, and other marketing sources and to convert them to enrolled students. This position will be required to provide frequent communication and timely follow up with prospective students to move them through the enrollment lifecycle. This role also develops, implements, and administers strategic enrollment plans and has the responsibility of staffing internal and external recruitment events.
Fundamental responsibilities include:
- Maintains, implements and oversees a holistic recruitment yield tactical plan for recruitment.
- Develops, implements, and administers plans, programs, and events for general and targeted student recruitment.
- Identifies and develops partnerships for outreach to prospective students.
Occasional travel, primarily in the Fall, is required.
