Yale Law School is expanding its team and hiring an Assistant Director of Admissions. In addition to the whole gamut of admissions responsibilities (including recruiting, application analysis, and yielding) this position will focus on working with current students. We are also hoping to find a colleague who has experience with Slate and can help with many Slate-related responsibilities.

This is a short-term, temporary position from August 2024 through December 2024. 

The primary responsibility of this position is prospective applicant and admitted student recruitment. This person will travel to and participate in Law School Admission Council forums, college and university graduate and professional school fairs, and speak to clubs and other organizations dedicated to preparing students for law school. This person will also be responsible to reaching out to pre-law advisors on campus where an event is being held.

This is a new position for a new pipeline program!

UCLA School of Law seeks applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions and Diversity Initiatives (title is commensurate with qualifications). The incumbent has a dual reporting relationship to the Assistant Dean and Director of Admissions. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1.

The Assistant Director of Admissions position works as part of a 6-member team. The Assistant Director is responsible for managing and executing Juris Doctor (JD) student recruitment and pre-admission retention programs with the oversight of the Director, Law School (JD) Admissions & Diversity Initiatives. The Assistant Director coordinates ongoing enrollment advisement to prospective students and applicants at the law school. In addition, assists Director with enrollment advisement to admitted JD students from the application process through matriculation.
