Please note: Early bird registration ended April 12.
The LSAC Board of Trustees has approved one full fee waiver and one partial fee waiver for each member law school. The waivers constitute the shared costs between LSAC and your law school. If you provided the name of both designated registrants to LSAC in advance, the appropriate fees will be applied during the registration process.
The per-person registration fee covers conference materials and all conference meals except Thursday’s dinner, which is our free evening. All registrants are responsible for hotel room, tax, and incidental expenses.
If you notice that a registration fee is being charged to your registration, and you believe you are the designated full fee waiver representative for your school, contact the LSAC Events team at events@LSAC.org or call 215.968.1210 for assistance.
To ensure you receive the excursion travel fare, both designated registrants are required to book flights through Egencia, LSAC’s self-service travel system. LSAC will not reimburse participants who do not book their flights through Egencia.
If you decide to substitute the designated fee-waived attendee, and airline tickets have already been purchased, your law school will be required to reimburse LSAC for the cost. If a higher fare is required for the new designated person, your law school will be responsible for the cost difference.
Early bird registration ends on Thursday, April 12. The regular registration fee will be $545 for all registrations received after this date. Registration fees must be paid prior to the conference.
The LSAC Annual Meeting and Educational Conference is an event for the education and professional development of law school admission professionals. In order to be fair to all in attendance and to foster exchange among attendees about professional issues, the Services and Programs Committee approved the following guest attendance guidelines, which went into effect in 2011:
Your guests have the option to join you at the evening events. Please purchase the guest dining ticket(s) during the registration process. Payment will be collected with your conference registration. LSAC cannot process any guest dining tickets without full payment. There is no guest dining ticket discount for children.
A limited number of guest tickets for evening events will be sold in advance of the conference.
If you’d like to purchase a guest meal ticket on a separate credit card from your conference registration, purchase your conference registration first, then re-enter your registration to add your guest ticket separately.
