Hotel Reservation Deadline: April 12, 2019

Take advantage of the special conference rate of $255 per night before the deadline! LSAC cannot guarantee the discounted conference rate beyond April 12. The Boston Marriott Copley Place has no obligation to provide rooms at the conference rate after the deadline.

Hotel Cancellations

Please contact the LSAC Events team directly at events@LSAC.org to cancel your hotel reservation.

Hotel Alternatives

If the LSAC group block at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is full on one or multiple evenings, you may check for availability at an alternative hotel nearby:

If you would like to be placed on the waitlist for a room at the Boston Marriott at the conference rate, please complete the waitlist form to request one or more evenings at the conference hotel. As hotel rooms become available, those on the waitlist will be accommodated.

In addition to adding your name to the waitlist, please be sure to make reservations at an alternate hotel that accepts cancellations in the event that we can accommodate you.

One Room Per Attendee

In order to ensure that conference attendees can obtain rooms in the LSAC group block at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, extra rooms for guests and family members will not be available. Please book guests and family members who are not staying in your room outside the group block or at an alternate hotel nearby.

Helpful Tip

Help a colleague! Cancel your hotel room as soon as you know it won’t be needed. You may be helping someone who could not get into the conference hotel.

Getting Here

If you are one of the two designated representatives for your school, your confirmation email contained instructions for booking your flight. The two designated representatives for each law school are required to book their flights through Egencia, LSAC's self-service travel system. LSAC will not reimburse designated representatives who do not book their flights through Egencia.

If the cost of your airfare is higher due to a personal/business side trip, lateness in reserving a flight, or because you did not acquire the excursion fare, you will be responsible for the cost of your ticket, and LSAC will reimburse the excursion fare after the conference.

All conference participants will be booked on flights into Boston Logan International Airport.

Helpful Tip

If you are not a designated representative for your law school, you are encouraged to book your own flight as soon as possible.

Airline Cancellations and Refunds

If LSAC paid for your airline ticket, it is nontransferable and nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, you or your law school will be required to reimburse LSAC for its cost. In most cases, these tickets can be applied toward travel within one year of the ticket issue date in the name of the ticket holder only.
