Lisa Young serves as senior director of business development at LSAC, where she leads business development initiatives for Legal Education Consulting (LEC) and other strategic areas across the organization. She works closely with marketing, business, finance, and technology teams to align organizational goals with growth strategies and drive long-term success.
In her role, Lisa oversees LEC's strategic planning and organizational review service lines, sales infrastructure, CRM strategy and implementation, and revenue reporting and analytics dashboards. She is responsible for developing processes and tools that support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining LSAC, Lisa served as executive director of academics and product at Kaplan Bar, where she led academic and product strategy initiatives. Before Kaplan, she founded, directed, and taught in the Bar Studies Program at Seattle University School of Law, demonstrating her deep commitment to legal education and student success.
Drawing on her extensive experience in legal education, Lisa focuses on building and strengthening partnerships, expanding development opportunities, and supporting LEC's academic and strategic leadership projects. Her unique combination of educational expertise and business acumen enables her to help institutions navigate change, improve performance, and achieve their strategic objectives.
