LSAT Inbox – August 2026 LSAT Scheduling

Welcome to the LSAT Inbox! This is a blog series that answers frequently asked questions about the LSAT®. We encourage you to check back often for answers to more questions you may have as you prepare for the test.

Where can I find the list of test centers? Is this list the same for each administration?

You can find a list of test centers by logging in to JD Services and going to Centers (in-person testing) from the drop-down menu under the LSAT tab. Center capacity and availability may vary between testing administrations. You will be able to review available centers in your area when scheduling opens for your test date.

I wasn’t able to schedule when my window opened, and all of the prime slots were taken. What should I do?

Rescheduling will be open the day after scheduling opens for each administration. You may continue to check the ProScheduler tool for available appointments, as some test takers may cancel or reschedule. However, all time slots are first-come, first-serve, and it’s possible that you may not get the location or test time you prefer. For this reason, we recommend scheduling your test as soon as possible once your scheduling window opens.

I received a remote testing exception (or my accommodations only allow me to test remotely) and only see Friday time slots. Is this an error?

Candidates who are testing remotely will only be able to schedule on Friday. If you cannot test on Friday for this administration, you can move your test date to a future registration; however, the same policy will apply to the new registration. Test date change fees may apply.
