Australia and New Zealand

Asia and South Pacific Islands

South America, Central America, Mexico, and Caribbean (Excluding Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands)

Beginning with the August 2023 LSAT, most test takers will have the option of whether to take the test at home in an online, live, remotely proctored format or in-person at a digital testing center. Our goal in offering two different test modes is to give each test taker a choice of which option works best for them. Regardless of whether one chooses to take the LSAT remotely or at a test center, the content of the test will remain exactly the same.

This is important.

  1. As required by Chinese law, we are actively working with the National Education and Examination Authority (NEEA) opens in new window to resume in-person testing of the LSAT in China. Until such arrangements are finalized, the LSAT will only be offered remotely and online to test takers located in Mainland China. We currently anticipate offering in-person testing of the LSAT, in collaboration with the NEEA, at several locations in Mainland China starting in April 2024. We will continue to post updates on our websites as they become available, so please check back regularly.
  2. Scheduling dates for each administration will be updated as they become available.
