The JD Program

Whether you plan a career in real estate law, entertainment law, research, business or advocacy, a degree from Belmont Law will prepare you to make your mark.

In our student-centered community, you’ll get the real-world experience you need to be practice-ready on day one. Each semester, you’ll engage in a practicum that immerses you in the hands-on practice of the legal profession. You can also earn credit for fieldwork with a variety of organizations including Disability Rights Tennessee, the Nashville Metropolitan Council and the Tennessee Court of Appeals, among others.
