Danielle A. Taylor is the director of research and chief data strategist at the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), where she leads the organization’s research on the legal employment market, entry-level and lateral recruiting, attorney compensation, and diversity within the legal profession. She has nearly 20 years of experience in research, assessment, and accreditation roles at national associations. Prior to joining NALP, Danielle was the director of institutional research and effectiveness at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, where she oversaw the association’s research portfolio and accreditation-related products and services. Danielle holds a B.A. in political science from La Salle University and a Master of Public Policy from American University.
