Identification Accepted for LSAT-Flex Admission

To take the LSAT-Flex, you must present a physical, valid form of government-issued ID that sufficiently authenticates your identity to your remote proctor. The ID must be current (or have expired within 6 months of your test date) and must contain:

  • A recent and recognizable photo of you
  • Your first name
  • Your last name
  • Your date of birth

The first and last name listed on your ID must match the first and last name associated with your LSAC account.

This is important. If you do not present a valid, acceptable form of ID, you will not be permitted to take your exam.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I make sure my ID is acceptable?

Candidates testing in North America who are ineligible to obtain the required government-issued ID may request LSAC’s approval of alternate identification documents.
