Additional Information

The University of Cincinnati College of Law prides itself on providing an atmosphere of inclusion. As a small urban law school, we attract a diverse group of students while offering small class sections that facilitate meaningful relationships.

LGBTQ students are included in the diversity outreach of the Law School Foundations Program, a preorientation bridge program that addresses drafting, logic, and analysis while providing students with a setting in which to meet their classmates and acclimate to the law school environs prior to orientation.

The southwest Ohio region is the home of several Fortune 500 headquarters. These entities have a strong record of supporting and partnering with equality and LGBTQ organizations to engage in civic activities and promote awareness around LGBTQ issues. These ongoing partnerships have helped our region to move forward in these areas.

Additionally, civic leaders in the city of Cincinnati are openly LGBTQ.
