Job Summary:

Guides the execution of programs and procedures involved in the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of undergraduate or graduate students seeking entrance to the assigned unit in support of achieving institutional, enrollment-related strategic goals.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and facilitate recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate admissions events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours, to showcase the institution's programs and facilities.
  • Utilize admissions software systems (ex. Unite) to track applicant data, manage documentation, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with applicants, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process.
  • Leads team of student workers and recruitment professionals to ensure unit goals are met.
  • Responsible for the implementation of comprehensive admissions communication plan (CRM, text, direct email, email campaigns) created by Senior and Assistant Deans of Enrollment Management to meet established admissions/enrollment targets.
  • Partner with the law school’s marketing manager as well as the University Marketing and Communications Department and external vendors to create electronic, social media, and print communication.
  • Serve as member of admissions team, assisting with data management, events, presentations, travel, materials, and other duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications:

3-5 years of direct experience in admissions – recruiting, marketing, communications, and data processing

JD/graduate degree preferred
