Law School Job Board

In consultation with and reporting to the Dean of Admissions, the Assistant Director is a member of the Admissions Office who will manage the Launchpad Scholars Program (LSP) and assist with general admissions tasks as needed for Yale Law School. The LSP aims to promote access to the legal profession by equipping participants with the tools and resources they need to apply to the law schools of their choosing and succeed as law students and legal professionals. This innovative program is designed to support Scholars in every aspect of their law school application process.

Experienced professionals seeking career growth in the law school admissions field are encouraged to join a seasoned, accomplished admissions team at the flagship public university and law school in Columbia, South Carolina. As a direct report to the dean of the law school, the assistant dean is responsible for establishing, shaping, implementing, and advancing the law school’s enrollment strategy.  The assistant dean is the primary application file reader and is responsible for recommendations of applicant status.

The Associate Director leads the planning, administration, customer service, regulatory compliance, and daily operations of financial aid for the Kline School of Law and the Paralegal Institute.  This role oversees the awarding of scholarships and loans, ensures adherence to federal and ABA regulations, provides personalized counseling on financial planning and debt management, develops scholarship strategies to support enrollment and retention, and maintains efficient, accurate, and audit-ready operations.
