Yolanda Bevill serves as LSAC’s vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, bringing tremendous experience in higher education and proven leadership in strategic communications and leading complex high-performing teams.
Before joining LSAC, she served as vice president for marketing, messaging, and engagement at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she served on the president’s executive cabinet and led a team of 40+ communications and marketing professionals. Previously, she held the positions of vice president for university marketing communications and acting vice president for enrollment and access at Colorado State University, as well as leadership roles at Prairie View A&M University.
She received her bachelor of science degree from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University and her JD from the South Texas College of Law. She also completed the Institute for Educational Management Program through the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
