It is your option to opt out/decline any of your currently approved testing accommodations. If you choose to opt out/decline any of your approved accommodations, the accommodations will not be automatically approved for subsequent administrations of the LSAT and/or LSAT Argumentative Writing. Instead, if you believe you will need that accommodation on a subsequent test administration, you will need to submit a new request for accommodation in accordance with applicable policies and timelines.
How to Opt Out/Decline
Before Your Test’s Registration Deadline
To edit your previously approved accommodations, visit the “Request or Modify Accommodations” page within JD Services and click the Request or Modify Accommodations button to begin the request form. (The “Request or Modify Accommodations” page can be found within your account’s LSAT menu.) During Step 4 of the request form, please use the “Changes to original Submission” field to indicate which previously approved accommodations you are choosing to opt out of.
After Your Test’s Registration Deadline
To edit your previously approved accommodations, visit the “Request or Modify Accommodations” page within JD Services. (The “Request or Modify Accommodations” page can be found within your account’s LSAT menu.) A banner near the top of the screen provides an option to opt out/decline any approved accommodations.
