Summary of Position
Responsibilities*
- Provide individualized in-person and remote admissions counseling, and answer telephone and e-mail inquiries from prospective students
- Select, train, and coordinate Law School students, student organizations, and alumni recruiting volunteers
- Represent the Law School on panels and at forums, fairs, and other programs at undergraduate institutions and other locations across the United States, aimed at providing information about the admissions process and the Law School and recruiting applicants
- Plan, organize, execute, and represent the Law School at events and programs designed to recruit admitted applicants, both on- and off-campus, and in-person and remote
- Assist in design, editing, and drafting of marketing and external communications, including considerable writing responsibilities.

Required Qualifications*
- JD or MA degree, or BA with five years of experience in admissions settings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and competency in working with issues of diversity
- Familiarity with current issues in legal education
- Work effectively on a team
- Manage, collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation to a variety of audiences
- Manage time effectively and reliably balance multiple responsibilities
- Understand and promote the goals and distinct qualities of the Law School; and facility with data-management and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and the like), as well as web pages and social media, alongside a general familiarity with and enthusiasm for technology
- Must be able to travel
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, energy, discipline, collegiality, judgment, discretion, commitment to diversity, passion for excellence, and sense of humor are essential attributes.
