Summary of Position
Capital University invites applications for the position of Chief Diversity Officer. Capital University's mission embraces inclusion through its commitment to preparing individuals to be knowledgeable, independent, critical thinkers educated for lives of leadership and service in an increasingly diverse society. This role provides leadership and strategic planning for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that support Capital's mission. The CDO actively collaborates with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and the community to develop procedures, processes, and policies that create a welcoming and inclusive institutional climate.
Additional Information
This position gathers and leads all DEI staff across all campuses, including: Trinity, Law, Admissions, and Athletics. This person would work closely with the fantastic Asst. Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Capital Law School.
